Who may use Pinyang

Your content

You own what you post. You give us the right to show, store and spread it on Pinyang to the people you chose (friends, people near you or everyone), and to let others share public posts further, also as a link outside Pinyang.

You delete your content by deleting the post or your account.

Rules

You must follow our community guidelines. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break them. When we remove something, we tell you why, and you can appeal by writing to hej@getpinyang.com.

Rewards

Liability

We do our best to keep the service running and safe, but we cannot promise it always works. We are not responsible for content other users post, or for deals between users, such as trades in Market.

Changes and ending

We give notice in the app before we change the terms in a significant way. You can always delete your account in your profile.

Governing law

Danish law applies, unless mandatory rules in your country of residence give you better rights. As a consumer in the EU you can also complain through the EU complaints portal.
